吉良貴之＠法哲学：I research and teach philosophy of law at Aichi University in Japan. My major research interests are centred on theories of intergenerational justice and democracy. As specific issues, I am working on (1) the legal regulation of advanced science and technology (e.g. political legitimacy in the administrative state, the ethics of nudges and manipulation, and methods of disposing of radioactive waste) and (2) conceptual theories of law with reference to time theory in analytic metaphysics.
